I manage shopify store from uploading, updating products, mass upload and update using csv file, customer support using Gorgias and other customer service application. I also manage order status, comments and updates. Also monitoring and updating product inventory.

I also mange social media (facebook, instagram, twitter and pinterest) in posting content, image and videos, create content and caption with hashtags, optimize BIO, and schedule post. I also edit photos and video using canva.

I also have experience in product research and listing in AMAZON. I do product research and listing, list optimizer, keyword research and data entry.

A self-motivated to work hard, to be a trusted person, to work under pressure, to have an initiative, to have a lot of patience, to do multi-tasking and to be a good employee.
